Fantic Motor S.p.A., located at Via Tarantelli 7, 31030 Dosson di Casier (TV), Italy, hereinafter referred to as Fantic, while not being the final seller to the consumer, provides additional support to the seller’s responsibilities through its own warranty known as the Fantic Conventional Warranty.
This warranty is offered through Fantic’s authorized technical assistance network under the conditions outlined below.
The present warranty complements and does not affect the buyer’s rights as established by Legislative Decree 206/2005 in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC.

Fantic guarantees the quality, absence of defects, and proper functioning of its products, undertaking to eliminate any original defect in design or manufacturing.
This conventional warranty covers all products listed in Fantic’s official catalogs sold within the territories of the European Union and the United States.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and has a duration of 24 months.
Spare parts are covered by a 24 month warranty starting from the invoicing date issued by Fantic to the first purchaser.
The battery pack is covered by a 24 month warranty.
Batteries are designed to retain at least 60 percent of their nominal capacity by the end of the warranty period.
Replacement of parts under warranty renews the warranty period for the replaced component only.
Repairs carried out under warranty do not extend or renew the overall warranty period of the product.
All replaced parts remain the property of Fantic.
Fantic reserves the right to provide replacement components that differ from the defective ones but have the same functional characteristics.
