How do I find my ideal Fantic size?
At Fantic, we know how important it is to find the right size before purchasing. To make this easier, you can find a reference size chart within each bike’s specifications. Simply click on the “Size Guide” link on the product page.
How much does my bike weigh?
We decided not to list the exact weight of our bikes because we want you to visit your nearest Fantic dealer and experience it firsthand. Compare it with a similar model, get on the saddle, and take a ride. Many factors influence your decision: style, finish, materials, construction quality, color, price, and weight is only one of them. Lightness matters, but it should not be the only reason you choose. Try it, feel it, and decide.
Are Fantic e-bikes waterproof?
Our e-bikes are designed to withstand rain and splashes, but we do not recommend submerging them or cleaning them with high pressure jets.
Motors and Battery
Which motors are used on Fantic e-bikes?
Fantic uses premium motors from brands such as Brose, TQ, and Yamaha. Full details are listed on each product page.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on several factors, including assistance mode, terrain, and rider weight.
Can I replace or upgrade the battery?
Yes, the battery can be replaced if faulty. If the issue is covered under warranty, the replacement is free of charge. On compatible models, autonomy can be extended using a range extender, an additional battery that works together with the main one.
Does the e-bike recharge while pedaling?
No, Fantic e-bikes do not feature regenerative charging. Charging is done using the supplied charger.
Maintenance and Support
How often should I service my bike?
We recommend a check-up every 1000 km or at least once a year. For heavy use, more frequent maintenance is advised.
What does the warranty cover?
Fantic offers a two year warranty on the frame and components and up to three years on the battery depending on the model. See the Warranty section for full details.
What should I do if I experience a technical issue?
Contact the dealer where you collected your bike, or open a support ticket via our Service Area.
How should I clean my e-bike?
Clean your bike regularly, even with a light wipe down. Use biodegradable soaps or degreasers made for bicycles, as they are effective, safe, and environmentally friendly. Degrease the drivetrain only, including chain, chainrings, cassette, and derailleur. Avoid contact with brakes or braking surfaces. After cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and ensure all parts are dry before reinstalling the battery.

How can I register my Fantic bike?
Register online in the Product Registration section to activate extended warranty coverage and receive updates.
Where can I find my bike’s serial number?
The serial code is located under the top tube or on the underside of the down tube, next to the barcode.
Compatibility and Accessories
Can I install a rack or fenders on my Fantic e-bike?
It depends on the model. Some urban e-bikes such as the Living and ISSIMO series are pre-equipped for racks and fenders, while sport models such as XTF and XMF require checking frame mount compatibility. Ask your dealer or consult the technical manual.
What is the maximum supported weight?
Our e-bikes generally support up to 120 kilograms for rider and cargo combined. Some urban models can handle up to 150 kilograms. Check the specifications for your model.
Can I transport my e-bike on a car rack?
Yes, but use a rack specifically designed for e-bikes with sufficient weight capacity. We recommend removing the battery during transport.
Upgrades and Components
Can I install a higher capacity battery?
Direct battery upgrades are not supported, but compatible models can increase total range using a range extender.
Can I change wheel size?
Our e-bike geometries are designed for specific wheel diameters such as 29 inches or 27.5 inches. Changing size may affect safety and stability. We recommend keeping the original setup.
Can the motor be unlocked to exceed 25km/h?
No. By European law, e-bikes are limited to 25 kilometers per hour. Any modification voids the warranty and may result in penalties.
Display and Software
Can I update the firmware myself?
Firmware updates must be carried out by an authorized dealer to ensure compatibility and proper function.
What can I view on the display?
Depending on the model, the display shows speed, battery level, estimated range, assistance mode, distance traveled, and power output.
Security and Anti Theft
Security and Anti Theft Does my e-bike have an anti theft system?
Some models such as the Living feature integrated locks, but we always recommend using a certified mechanical lock. You can also add theft insurance options through our partners.

How can I find the nearest Fantic dealer?

Can I test the bike before buying?
Yes, many Fantic dealers offer test rides. Contact them directly or follow our social channels for updates on upcoming Fantic Bike Test events.
Orders and Online Purchases
How does the Click and Collect service work?
Click and Collect lets you buy your e-bike online and pick it up at an authorized Fantic dealer near you. Simply choose your preferred store during checkout.
Where do I collect my e-bike?
During purchase, available collection points will be displayed. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when your bike is ready.
Can I have my e-bike shipped home?
Currently, we offer Click and Collect only. This ensures your bike is assembled, checked, and ready to ride by a certified technician.
Can I buy accessories or spare parts online?
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed by the dealer, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting customer service or the selected store.
Can I pay in installments?
Not at the moment. Only a deposit payment is required to reserve your bike at your chosen store.
What if the product is unavailable at my pickup point?
If temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email and offer alternatives or another store. You may also cancel the order at no extra cost.
Can I pay upon collection?
Yes. Click and Collect allows you to reserve your bike by paying a small deposit. The remaining balance is paid in store at pickup.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped. You can also log into your account to view order status.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt by filling out the return form in the Customer Service section.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Sustainability
How do I dispose of a used battery?
You can return it to any authorized Fantic dealer or RAEE collection center. Lithium ion batteries must be disposed of properly to protect the environment.
Connectivity and App
Does Fantic have a dedicated e-bike app?
Yes. The Fantic mobile app connects your smartphone to your e-bike through Bluetooth, allowing you to adjust motor assistance levels, access a cycling specific navigator, and monitor real time battery levels with an estimated charge at the end of your route.
