As indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Service, in this store you can book your Fantic E-Bike (the "Product") by selecting the dealer from whom to make the purchase.

In this store, therefore, you do not purchase the Product, but you pre-order it. The purchase of the Product will take place between you and the selected retailer after testing/trying the Product.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email from Fantic confirming the reservation, the amount paid for it, the details of the chosen store, and the date (or number of days from the receipt of the email) from which the Product will be available for purchase at the selected dealer (the "Collection Date").

Fantic will provide the selected dealer with the Product you have booked; the dealer, upon receiving the Product, will carry out all necessary pre-delivery operations (assembly, pre-delivery checks, road testing and adjustments) by the Collection Date.

You must go to the selected dealer within 10 (ten) days of the Collection Date.

If you do not show up at the selected dealer within 10 (ten) days of the Withdrawal Date without notifying Fantic in writing by email to INFO@FANTICBIKES.COM, indicating your reservation number, Fantic reserves the right to cancel the reservation, retaining the amount you paid for it (equal to 5% of the Product price) as lump-sum compensation/reimbursement for the costs incurred in managing the reservation.

When you go to the selected retailer (within ten days of the Collection Date), you will find the Product ready to be tested/tried under the direct supervision of the retailer.

You must perform the test/trial without causing any damage to the Product.

Following the test/trial, you can decide to purchase the Product or not to proceed with the purchase.

Should you decide not to proceed with the purchase of the Product, you must inform the retailer in writing; upon receipt of your declaration, we will refund the amount paid for the reservation.

Should you decide to purchase the Product, the right of withdrawal (i.e., cooling-off period) provided for by Articles 52 and subsequent of the Consumer Code will not apply to the purchase, given that only the Product reservation took place in our online store, while the actual sale of the Product will not have occurred remotely, or negotiated outside commercial premises, but will have been carried out between you and the selected retailer.

The selected retailer from whom you purchase the Product will therefore be the party (seller) whom you can contact for all matters relating to the Product, to receive assistance, or regarding the after-sales warranty.

In this regard, Fantic, as the manufacturer, intends to support the responsibilities of the final seller (in your case, the selected dealer) with its own guarantee called Fantic Conventional Guarantee, provided through its authorized technical assistance network, under the conditions that you will find reported in the documentation that will be delivered to you together with the Product at the time of purchase from the selected dealer.
