How do I properly dispose of a used battery?
You can return the battery to any authorized Fantic dealer or WEEE center. Lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of properly to protect the environment.

Does Fantic have a dedicated app for eBike management?
The FANTIC mobile app allows you to connect your phone to your e-bike via Bluetooth, adjust the motor's assistance levels, view a navigator specifically for cycling routes, and display instant battery charge information and an estimate of the charge you will have at the end of the route selected in the navigator.
Can I integrate my eBike with a smartwatch or cycling computer?
Some models support connection to Bluetooth or ANT+ devices. Refer to your model's manual for details.
